Alena Glowup Mobile Spa will not be responsible for any accident, a fall or injury that occurs before, during or after the provision of the services. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
2. Responsibility for Health and Allergies:
Alena Glowup Mobile Spa is not responsible for any allergic reactions or health problems that may arise from the use of topical products or services provided. It is the responsibility of the parents must be informed in advance about any allergies or medical condition relevant.
3. Disclaimer for Damage or Serious Injury:
Alena Glowup Mobile Spa will not be liable for death, disability or other serious damage that can result from falls or incidents within the bus or in the area of provision of the services.
4. Permits and Approvals:
